Somehow I've forgotten to write a review about the film "Elements - A Slackline Adventure". Probably because of the increased demand of the popular Gibbon Slacklines.
Now well, slacklining has become an absolute trend sport over here and the release of "Elements - A Slackline Adventure" fits right in there. In the following synopsis you can read what the film is about:
People hear about slacklining now from insiders of the climbing scene. Slacklining stands for freedom, experiencing nature and finding out about ones limits. The documentary "ELEMENTS - A Slackline Adventure" produced by Sebastian Runschke and Miriam Zimmermann, follows a group of slackliners. From easy slacklining close to the ground up to slacklining over a glacier crevasse and the legendary Lost Arrow Spire in Yosemite (USA), the film shows impressive pictures and what this sport actually means to slackliners. The audience takes part in the emotional ups and downs of the slackliners. In interviews and their own explanations the slackliners tell us how this sport came to life and share their know-how with us.
